1. Scope

1.1. The following terms of use apply when using the www.daunenspiel.at? website. This website is maintained by Daunenspiel e. U., Vienna, Austria.
1.2. Please carefully read these terms of use prior to using the Daunenspiel website. In using the website, you agree to these terms of use. Use of this website is only permitted on the basis of these terms of use.
1.3. Daunenspiel e. U. (refered to as Daunenspiel from here on) reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time.

2. Liability

2.1. Although the contents of this website are created with the utmost care, Daunenspiel does not guarantee the topicality, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against Daunenspiel, on the basis of incorrect and/or incomplete information, are generally excluded, unless Daunenspiel has acted with gross negligence.

2.2. Daunenspiel is entitled, at any time, to discontinue, change and/or delete the running of the website in whole or in part. As a result, Daunenspiel does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the website.

2.3. Although Daunenspiel always strives to keep the Daunenspiel website virus-free, Daunenspiel does not guarantee the absence of viruses. Prior to downloading information, the user should ensure adequate security and virus-scanning for their own protection, and to prevent viruses on the Daunenspiel website.

2.4. As content provider, Daunenspiel is responsible for its “own content” which is provided in accordance with the general laws (in Austria, this is the ECG eCommerce Law, and Media Law). A distinction is made between our own contents and links to other providers’ contents. Our pages contain links to third-party websites where we have no influence on their contents. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the correctness of their contents, which is why we assume no liability in this regard. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. No illegal content was determined at the time of linking. Permanent control of linked pages, without clear indication of infringement, is not feasible. Upon notification of any legal violation, we will immediately remove such links.

Daunenspiel uses both session cookies which are immediately deleted once the browser is closed, as well as persistent cookies, which are used beyond the session. The data collected in this way – anonymously, naturally – is used by Daunenspiel to further tailor its offers to the user’s requirements.

These terms of use are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, provided that the customer is a registered trader.
